Bleed and Crop Marks Guidelines

If your artwork contains an image, logo or background colour that prints right to the very edge of the paper, you will need to include bleed. Bleed is an extension of the image or colour beyond where the paper will be cut, to ensure that there is no white paper showing around the edge of your printed piece.

Crop marks are also important to include on your artwork to show where the paper needs to be cut down to the final size.

Download our guidelines below, on how to set up bleed and crop marks, and see an example.
