Pressure laminate, also known as cold laminate, can be applied to either a single or both surfaces.
It is available in gloss or matt and a range of finishes - HiGloss, Satin, Sandtex. Hi-Gloss has a particularly high gloss finish, whilst satin reduces reflections and glare due to its softened finish. Sandex has a sand-like surface texture and is thicker which makes it suitable for applications such as floor graphics.
Pressure laminates in all finishes are suitable for a wider range of print surfaces than thermal laminate, especially with wet ink prints.
